Classes kick off with a fun, technique-based warm up that gets your body and mind ready to rumble. Then we grab a partner, grab some pads, and turn the dial up to 11! Our non-combative pad work classes will reshape your body and develop your skills in ways you never thought possible. Rise through the ranks in these dynamic classes, and when you're ready, challenge yourself in our advanced classes or sparring.
We begin with a full-body warm up that helps you loosen up and practice the fundamental movements of Jiu Jitsu. Then we grab our partners and start drilling. Throws, takedowns, submissions, sweeps, counters, passes, and strategies will become your new, healthy addiction! Every lesson gives you the chance to build your foundation, learn new techniques and then put them to the test against your fellow classmates in rounds of live rolling. Class starts with a dynamic, full-body warm up that stimulates the senses and activates the muscles. Then we dive into our technique portion that teaches beginners how to effectively perform the kettlebell exercises of the day. Our veterans will also get a chance to learn exciting, new variations to challenge their foundational skills. We wrap it up with the workout of the day and some hard earned high-fives!
